Happy Valentine’s Day everyone!!!

My friends and i will attend a Valentine’s Day event in this afternoon, each of us have to bring one kind of cake and i think that Tiramisu Cupcakes is suitable for this Valentine’s theme.

Saya dan teman teman akan mengadakan acara untuk merayakan Hari Valentine nanti sore, kami masing masing diharuskan untuk membawa satu macam kue dari rumah dan saya pikir kalau Tiramisu Cupcakes sangat cocok untuk tema Valentine

TIRAMISU CUPCAKES

Prep time : 15 mins

Yield : 24 cupcakes

INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 ½ cups all purpose powder
    • 192 gr tepung serbaguna
  • 2 tbs cocoa powder
    • 2 sdm bubuk coklat
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
    • ¼ sdt baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
    • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
    • ¼ sdt garam
  • 1 cup warm water
    • 250 ml air hangat
  • 3 tbs espresso powder
    • 3 sdm bubuk espresso
  • 2 eggs
    • 2 butir telur
  • 1 cup sugar
    • 212 gr gula
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
    • 80 ml minyak sayur
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 sdt vanila ekstrak
  • 3 tbs milk
    • 3 sdm susu cair

      For the topping :
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
    • 250 ml heavy whipping krim
  • 2 tbs powder sugar
    • 2 sdm tepung gula
  • crystal sugar
    • gula kristal

INSTRUCTIONS :

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder. Set aside.
    • Dalam mangkuk sedang, campur bersama tepung, baking powder, baking soda, garam dan tepung coklat. Sisihkan.
  • In a large measuring cup add the warm water and instant espresso and let it sit for a few minutes.
    • Dalam gelas ukur besar aduk air hangat bersama dengan bubuk kopi espresso dan biarkan beberapa menit.
  • In a stand mixer cream together the eggs, sugar, vanilla, milk and vegetable oil, add the coffee and water mixture and mix everything together so that you have a smooth mixture.
    • Didalam mixer haluskan telur, gula, vanila, susu dan minyak sayur, tuangkan campuran air kopi dan campur semuanya sampai anda mendapatkan adonan yang lembut.
  • Add the dry ingredients and mix them in just enough to combine but not over mixing.
    • Tuang adonan tepung dan campur kedalam semua sampai cukup rata tapi tidak diaduk berlebihan.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C, line a cupcake pan with liners. Set aside.
    • Panaskan oven dengan suhu 180°C, alas cetakan cupcake dengan kertas cupcake. Sisihkan.
  • Using a large ice cream scoop, divide the batter evenly in the lined cupcake pan and bake for 18-20 minutes. Remove from oven and let the cupcakes cool completely on the wire rack.
    • Dengan menggunakan sendok es krim besar, bagi adonan dengan rata dalam cetakan dan panggang selama 18-20 menit. Keluarkan dari oven dan biarkan cupcakes sampai benar2 dingin diatas rak kawat.
  • To make the whipped topping, whisk the cream until soft peaks form, add the powder sugar and continue to mix until it forms stiff peaks. Top each cupcake with the whipped cream and sprinkle with crystal sugar.
    • Untuk membuat toping whipped krim, kocok krim sebentar, tambahkan tepung gula dan lanjutkan dikocok sampai kaku. Hias cupcakes dengan whipped krim dan taburi dengan gula kristal.
