Chocolate Crinkle Cookie

These cookie texture are more like brownies, crunchy outside and soft inside. But you can bake them longer for more of a crunchy result.

Tekstur kue ini lebih seperti brownies, garing diluar dan lembut didalam. Tetapi anda boleh memanggangnya lebih lama untuk hasil yang garing luar dan dalam.

I love the frangance and sweetness that fits all. For those who love chocolate should try this recipe because the fragrant of its coffee is so tempting.

Saya suka wangi dan manisnya yang pas sekali. Bagi anda yang menyukai coklat boleh mencoba resep ini karena wangi kopinya yang menggoda.

After you add in eggs the butter dough turns out more of a liquid texture but it doesn’t matter, after fold in the flour mixture, the cookie dough will be sticky and its normal too. You still can form them into small balls.

Adonan mentega setelah menambahkan telur akan menjadi lebih cair tapi itu tidak masalah, setelah memasukkan campuran tepung, adonan kue berubah menjadi agak lengket dan itu normal juga. Anda tetap bisa membentuknya menjadi bulatan kecil.

CHOCOLATE CRINKLE COOKIE

INGREDIENTS :

  • 2 ½ cup cake flour
    • 320 gr tepung rendah protein
  • 1 ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    • 160 gr bubuk coklat tawar
  • ½ tsp salt
    • ½ sdt garam
  • 2 tsp baking powder
    • 2 sdt baking powder
  • 1 ¼ tsp instant coffee powder (i used espresso)
    • 1¼ sdt bubuk kopi instant (saya pakai espresso)
  • ½ cup butter, room temperature
    • 113 gr margarin, suhu ruangan
  • 1 ¼ cup sugar
    • 106 gr gula
  • 4 eggs
    • 4 butir telur
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
    • 2 sdt vanila ekstrak

METHODS :

  • In a medium bowl whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder and espresso powder. Set aside.
    • Dalam mangkuk sedang aduk bersama tepung, bubuk coklat, garam, baking powder dan bubuk espresso. Sisihkan.
  • In the mixer cream together butter and sugar, add eggs and vanila extract. Beat until creamy and smooth.
    • Di dalam mixer kocok bersama mentega dan sugar, tambahkan telur dan vanila ekstrak. Kocok sampai lembut.
  • Gradually fold in flour mixture into the mixer with low speed and mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
    • Secara perlahan masukkan campuran tepung kedalam mixer dengan kecepatan rendah dan kocok sampai semua bahan tercampur dengan baik.
  • Preheat oven to 180°C. Lined your baking sheet with parchment paper.
    • Panaskan oven dengan suhu 180°C. Alasi loyang panggang anda dengan kertas roti.
  • Form the dough into a small balls. Roll into a bowl that filled with enough icing sugar to coat. Place them on the baking sheet. Bake for about 12-15 minutes.
    • Bentuk adonan menjadi bola-bola kecil. Gulingkan adonan bola kedalam mangkuk yang berisi tepung gula secukupnya. Susun diatas loyang dan panggang selama lebih kurang 12-15 menit.
  • Let them cool before serving.
    • Biarkan dingin sebelum disajikan.
