Sauteed Green Chillies

For those who loves to eat spicy food, you should try this recipe. This simple recipe is the best menu in our family that love spicy food so much.

Sauteed Green Chillies

INGREDIENTS :

  • 400 gr green chillies, finely slices
    • 400 gr cabai hijau, iris halus
  • 2 tbs salted soya beans
    • 2 sdm tauco
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    • 2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
  • 2 cloves shallot, finely slices
    • 2 siung bawang merah, iris halus
  • 6 tbs vegetables oil
    • 6 sdm minyak sayur
  • 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 sdt gula
  • ½ cup water
    • 120 ml air

INSTRUCTIONS :

  • Preheat frying pan, then pour oil into it and wait until the oil is hot. Then put in garlic and shallot, stir fry until the aroma came out. Put chopped green chillies. Stir fry with a high heat.
    • Panaskan kuali, tuang minyak kedalam kuali dan tunggu sampai minyak menjadi panas kemudian masukkan bawang putih dan bawang merah, tumis sampai harum. Masukkan cabai hijau yang telah potong halus. Tumis cabai diatas api yang besar.
  • Then put in salted soya beans and stir it again. Pour water and keep stirring until the aroma came out. Then add sugar and stir until it’s completely wilted.
    • Kemudian masukkan tauco dan tumis kembali. Tuang air dan aduk rata, tumis sampai harum. Kemudian tambahkan gula dan tumis sampai cabai benar benar layu.
  • Remove sauteed green chillies and serve.
    • Angkat cabai dan hidangkan.
