Baked Pumpkin Donuts

I saw so many donut recipes but i prefer to choose recipe from Laura Vitale. It’s easy to process and also healthy to eat as they are made with baked.

Saya melihat banyak sekali resep donut tapi saya lebih memilih resep dari Laura Vitale. Prosesnya yang gampang dan juga sehat dimakan karena dibuat dengan cara dipanggang.

For the beginner this donut recipe are very easy to make because you just mix all the wet ingredients and dry ingredients together. And with chossing pumpkin as a main ingredient are more healthier as well.

Bagi pemula resep donut ini sangat mudah dibuat karena hanya mencampur bahan basah dan bahan kering saja. Dan dengan memilih labu sebagai bahan utama tentunya akan lebih sehat juga.

This donuts are not too sweet and very suitable for diabetics.

Donut ini tidak terlalu manis dan cocok sekali bagi penderita diabetes.

BAKED PUMPKIN DONUTS

Cook time : 10 mins

Yield : 12-14 donuts

INGREDIENTS :

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
    • 256 gr tepung serbaguna
  • 2 tsp baking powder
    • 2 sdt baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 1 sdt baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
    • ¼ sdt garam
  •  2 tsp pumpkin pie spice*
    • 2 sdt rempah pie labu*
  • ¾ cup pumpkin puree
    • 159 gr labu yang dihaluskan
  • ½ cup brown sugar
    • 106 gr gula coklat
  • ¼ cup sugar
    • 53 gr gula
  • 2 tbs vegetable oil
    • 2 sdm minyak sayur
  • 2 eggs
    • 2 butir telur
  • ¼ cup + 3 tbs milk
    • 60 ml + 3 sdm susu cair
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 sdt vanila ekstrak

INSTRUCTIONS :

  • In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and pumpkin pie spice. Stir well and set aside.
    • Dalam mangkuk besar, campur semua bersama tepung, baking powder, baking soda, garam dan rempah pie labu. Aduk rata dan sisihkan.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, both kinds of sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir well and set aside.
    • Di mangkuk yang terpisah, campur bersama labu yang dihaluskan, gula, minyak sayur, telur, susu cair dan vanila ekstrak. Aduk rata dan sisihkan.
  • Pour your wet ingredients into your dry and mix them.
    • Tuang adonan basah kedalam bahan kering dan aduk.
  • Preheat oven to 180°C and spray 2 donut pans with cooking spray and set aside.
    • Panaskan oven dengan suhu 180°C dan semprot donut pan anda dengan cooking spray. Sisihkan.
  • Fill a large resealable bag with half of your batter and fill your donut pans ¾ of the way.
    • Isi adonan kedalam plastik zipper dan tuang adonan sampai terisi ¾ dari donut pan anda.
  • Bake the donuts for about 10 minutes or until cooked through.
    • Panggang donut kira2 selama 10 menit atau sampai matang.
  • Remove from oven and let it cool completely and shift over the top of donuts with icing sugar (i prefer plain donut).
    • Keluarkan dari oven dan biarkan sampai benar2 dingin dan taburi dengan tepung gula diatasnya (saya lebih suka polos).

 

Notes * : – If you can’t find store bought pumpkin pie spice, you can make it by yourself. Jika anda tidak dapat menemukan rempah labu beli jadi, anda dapat membuatnya sendiri.

Homemade Pumpkin Pie Spice : 

  • 4 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 4 sdt bubuk kayu manis
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
    • 2 sdt bubuk jahe
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
    • 1 sdt bubuk cengkeh
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
    • ½ sdt bubuk buah pala

Combine all ingredients and store in air tight container. Campur semua bahan dan simpan dalam wadah kedap udara.
